Purchased a Screenplay Pro Iomega HD.One of the main reasons was the claim to play MP4 files.I had a considerable amount of movies that had been converted to MP4 by a well meaning mate. Now I found the HD reads them as invalid files.I have exhausted my limited knowledge to rectify this and the place I bought the HD are no more in the know then myself.Is there a solution to the problem?? Any help appreciated.Thanks.
