I have Samsung PN43D450 43" TV. Also Creative T6160 5.1 Speakers. Now I want to hook up these speakers directly to the TV using (3 x RCA M to 3.5mm F) jacks. Is this possible?

no. even if you multiplied the jacks I figure the best you would get is stereo x3.

And BTW, the audio jack you want to convert is likely an input to the tv.
