Samsung Surround Sound Air Track - 2 Issues

Hi - I recently purchased the Samsung Crystal Surround Air Track and am wondering about a couple of problems. Firstly, all the modes sound echo-y except 2, way too much reverb so I'm basically sticking to the 2 modes. Is this normal?

Also, frequently the audio and video are not in sync. I've gone up and down with the AV Sync adjustment and little if any difference. Should I not be able to easily adjust this?
