have a d box 2 which has gone into a coma, i am connected to virgin in the essex area, i am a complete numpty when it comes to these thigs, so is there anyone whoe can help and has a lot of patience...??

Are you getting any channels at all

Does it boot to the image screen
If so wot does it say on the scrolling text or the picture ..........Paul

Hi fella, yes i am getting 'welfare' tv but no others, it boots up ok and i think the epg is working, but no picture. Its running a blade programe. any info would be appreciated. thanks.

Make sure your cam is enabled
Push Blue/Blue/Blue/Then red
Restart Evocam
