Cyberhome DVR1200 Sound Problem

Cyberhome DVR 1200- DVD Recorder

I'm getting warbly sound when playing back a DVD and a hum (actually a tone) in the tuner

mode. Having searched many forums, I find that there is both a front-end

and back-end firmware upgrade that fixes this problem, except I can't find those files.

Anyone there help on this??
