Clone DVD Mobile wont convert

I am getting a very strange error message from Clone DVD Mobile when i try to rip a movie in to ipod format. It does not happen on all movies but is more and more. It is a very long error message that says alot of code stuff i do not understand. What I can gather is that the program just decides that what it is doing is against its moral code or something. I have had this happen any where from the beggining of the disc up to 99% completion. The discs are clean and free of scratches. It only happens (so far) on movies i have previously copied. But it will do some copied movies. thanks for any help.

copy and paste the error message to an E Mail and send to slysoft.
