I used DVD-Shrink to back-up a DVD and successfully created the video files and Video_TS, Audio_TS folders. I tried to burn it using two different programs but neither worked. So then I tried ripping and burning another DVD using the exact same method and everything worked fine. I also know the video files are okay because I was able to convert them to a mp4 with Handbrake. I would still like to get this backed up on a DVD but I already sent the original back. What should I do with my Video_TS folder files to accomplish this?

The first program was Power2Go and it would stall at 1%. But I've since burned 2 different DVDs with it and it worked fine. The second program was Any DVD Shrink and it finished the burning process but neither my computer nor DVD player could read the disc.

Ideally, you would rip the DVD using DVDFab HD Decrypter.
Cleanup the ripped files with FixVts.
Shrink them using DVD Shrink and save them to a new folder.
Burn the folder using ImgBurn, on 'Verbatim' disks ( that say 'Advanced AZO' on the package).

One of the tools included with ImgBurn lets you check your burner available firmware updates.
'Write files/folders to disc > Tools > Drive > Check for firmware updates'

FixVts did the job and allowed me to burn with my usual software. Thanks for the suggestion.
