Downloading Movies with DVD menus?

Ok so when you download a film it is dvdrip most of the time which is usually a .avi file, a couple of times i have managed to find .ISO files which include all the menus which include; Play, Bonus Features, Scene Selection etc. Because these are quite rare i was wondering if there was any way of gettin dvd menus or what type of movie i should search for to get one included in the download.

PLEASE HELP!!

DVDR ripps have menu and movie basically the dvd re-compressed to fit on a single layer
