I have a Panasonic camcorder that does not work any more. What equipment do I need to transfer all of my mini disks to my PC for viewing and editing. Cam is a VDR M50

Try WinFF.
If you can select the VRO file on the disk you can then convert the file to another format.

Do I need another drive. The disks are mini. I want to put the video on the PC and then edit it. What is WinFF sorry I am not good with computer jargon and how to do things.

The burner tray can accommodate mini disks - more important is that it has the capability of reading ram type media.
