OK.....ripped 12 DVD's using WinX Free & DVD43(vista 32 bit), everything worked great, except tried the videos the next day and all 12 being played in Windows media player now just shows the psychedelic patterns. What happened? Any ideas?

Not interested in another version of ripping software just want to know what went wrong.

As a test, a while back, I ripped 'Master and Commander' and deliberately chose to leave the CSS protection on, and that's what I saw too.






Edited to change 'Macrovision' to 'CSS', with example.

Burn at 1/2 the Rated Speed of the Blank media.
Set Target Area To 4300.
