Hi All,
First time here. In anticipation for my new iPad arriving, I need to find Apple iPad software converter (dvd to ipad, file to ipad, etc.). Anyone has any suggestion or offer link and which software sure be reliable.
I want to convert approximately 20 movies/dvd. Thanks!

I want convert some of my disney dvd movies as well as foreign music (region 1) dvd to the new Apple iPad. I have these convert using dvdfab to mp4 to use on my iphone/ipod touch.
I figure these movies/music video would look better if I convert these again to take advantage of the higher resolution on the iPad.

Okay, my question is, what kind of videos does the iPad support? What container/codecs?
Most likely DVDFab Platinum(if you still have it) or HandBrake should do the job.

Sorry I assume you know but I took it right out of Apple website and also provide the link below.

No, i didn't know, and would've probably taken me 2 minutes to find out, but I think is something you had to know/look for:)
Handbrake can convert your DVDs to a MP4/m4v with H.264 video and AAC audio. Try the iPod legacy preset, that should work.

that must be an Apple mentality, the more expensive the better...All your conversions can be done with excellent free software, those mentioned above are just a couple of the multitude available.
