I am trying to slim down the dvd collection by putting them all onto a usb hard drive.

i purchased a 500gb usb external hard drive to attach to the computer hooked up to my tv. from there i plan on playing the movies the exact way of a normal dvd but from the hard drive rather then the disc.

i tried a ripping program called handbrake but it just gives me the movie file. im after the whole dvd with menu and bonus features and all that good stuff so its as if im watching a normal dvd without the hassle of finding the dvd in the collection, i can just click on it and play it. i was hoping for some sort of dvd image making program that will work with protected dvd's

im using a mac so any info on this needs to be mac compatible. im going to continue searching on google for more info on how to properly do this but so far its been turning up dry so im hoping you can help me.
