Help backing up my Movies

First off I have 3 small children. I just want to make backups of my movies because the seem to get scratched a lot.

If someone can tell me what FREE programs I need to do this I would greatly appreciate it. I have Windows Vista 32 bit on my laptop so I need it to work with this.

I already have DVD shrink.....thanks

Old guide but this should do to look over: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/334154 DVDFAB HDDecrypter now and may need Vobblanker in compatability mode, never used FixVTS on Vista.

Thanks Mistycat, That is a lot of work but I am willing to try if it saves me from buying the same movies over and over. I appreciate it. If I have problems I will be back. :-)

Actually, not as much as it looks. A lot of it shows installing and FixVTS is easy to use and fast (about a minute) and VobBlanker is more complicated at first but not much slower (2-3 minutes?). ImgBurn is pretty straight forward and only takes 10-15- minutes and haven't used the rest.
