How to fix Field order transition in DGindex

I was ripping a dvd movie in Auto GK. When Demuxing & Indexing is complete in DGindex, then a dialog appears, it say that

"A Field order Transition was detected. You may need to use the fix D2V tool to repair this stream. Refer to the DGIndex User Manual for details."
i can't understand it, & ok this dialog box. Then the AutoGK start its next process that is Decoding audio in "azid_p4.exe".
It is full of errors. i cant understand that its sync error or CRC error
After complete the whole ripping in AutoGK. the movie is full of sync audio errors. And many video frams repeat. pls help me out of this problems.
i have taken a snap of this problem but i don't know i show the snap on this post.

Did you use the latest version of DVD Fab HD Decrypter to rip the DVD to the HDD.
Are you using the latest version of AGK to convert the files.

First of all, Thanks for reply.

I m using DvD Decrypter 3.5.4.0 (for decrypt the dvd)
Auto GK 2.45 (for encoding the dvd)

While DVD Decrypter is a good program, it has not been updated for years.
The newer DVDFab HD Decrypter should be used to ensure that AGK is getting a properly decrypted file.

I m downloaded DvD fab & Auto GK 2.55. but not used it yet.
i tell you later when i using it.
