My brother said that you need a good PC to have the same qualify as an original DVD, and pay for a DVD rip program. And is divx and xvid the best codec in the bluray and dvd world?
3.-I use divs and xvid when I download movies from the Internet into my hard drive.
4.-Most of the DVD Rip programs are free or if they have the latest updates for the latest Movies hard to back up, then you can use a free 21 days Trail before you need to paying for them. They are also Beta's.
5.-For Regular DVD's:
You need to get all the Ball Game as better as you can:
A Good working OS on your PC, Firmware update for your Burner, Programs you need working just fine, Good Quality Back-up Blank Media, Burn a half the speed that your media toll you so, Do not burn all the way to the edge of the disc, if your Original DVD is a Double layer Disc you may need a double Layer blank media to print into it, any compression will downgrade the quality of your back-up disc, etc, etc.)
