How to rip mp3 audio from a DVD-R disc

hello everyone, i have instrumentals that are in mp3 format on a DVD-R disc. how do i rip them onto my windows 7 laptop? thanks in advance!

I haven't come across a DVD movie that uses mp3.
Perhaps it's a data disk or is it some kind of video with an mp3 audio stream.
Need more information.

If your talking about an actual DVD, like with .VOB files then look for a program called IMToo DVD ripper. It's not free. It has an option to rip audio tracks from a DVD. If you talking about a Data DVD that has MP3's burned on it then just copy paste. I know that's probably not what you meant , but you never know.

If you want to rip the audio from a DVD Video, Any Video Converter will do it; it is free.

sorry for not being more descriptive guys, but the files on the DVD-R disc are in mp3 format. thanks for everyone's advice! i will definitely implement these soon and come back with results.
