I found a file that was 300 MBs that was a MKV file and the quality of the video was really good, I was wondering how people where doing this? I would really like to make my files shrink to that size and have the great quality that I have seen. So if anybody knows the software or a tutorial I would greatly appreciated it. Thank you.

I have tried a couple software and I found MeGUI, I was wondering if the mkvtoolkit thing would be better to use and will it have the video file size down to 300 and still look good?

The "MKVToolkit" thing will not "shrink" your file, will not re-encode it.
