Removing Foreign Audio Tracks from ISOs

I have a bunch for ISO movies on my harddrive. I would like to remove unwanted Audio from these movies. I want to keep the quality of the movie the same. I used DVD Shrink to do this on the movie 13 going on 30. When I did this the rip finished with no errors. Then I went to play the movie and it was just loop a 5 second "this is has been reformated to fit your tv" screen. What can I use that will not cause this to occur.
