Hi, am trying to backup Coraline with this, and have DVD decrypter and dvd shrink installed. Both RI4M and Fixvts were just copied into my c drive from the download zip file (not 'properly installed'). It decrypts fine but then the button to dvdshrink it is greyed out? any ideas pls?
Also, in RI4M there is no 3rd location setting to point it to Fixvts like I have seen in a screenshot here??
Thanks (am a complete newbie to this...)

Should ditch Ripit4You and DVD Decrypter, not updated anymore. DVDFab is the new free one.

However, if you were successful in ripping t to your HDD, run open DVD Shrink and "Open Files".

thanks dude- in DVD Shrink the ripped files are there, including a file for the whole film which can be previewd in shrink the whole way through. But, the film is split into 5 parts when I look on my drive or play it in Real player.
Thanks.

Well, what is your final goal? Do you want to watch that on your computer, or a standalone DVD player?

1) Store my dvd's on an external drive that can be wathed through my soon-to-be bought LG tv (also so can watch on PC
not essential: 2) also burn them to DVD in DiVX format to watch on DVD player

thanks for you help!

There are no settings, DVD Shrink is not meant to convert to a different format.

You need to use another software, like AutoGK to make an AVI/divx.
