I've been having this problem a week now. And I can't seem to fix it.

This is what happens:

1st. Boot
2nd. A blinking _ in a black screen, and it says Ctrl+Alt+Delete to restart, I pressed Ctrl+Alt+Delete, but it's still says it, over and over, so I have to Force Restart it.
3rd. Force restart, boot again, and what happens is still above.
4th. Force restart, boot again, and the screen is black, no blinking _.
5th. Force restart, boot again, and it goes on Windows loading screen, and freezes.
6th. Same as 5th.
7th. Force restart, boot again, and there's multiple choices, like 3 Safe Modes, and Start Windows Normally, and Last Known Good Configuration, if I chose one of the 2, like Start Windows Normally, and Last Known Good Configuration, it freezes.
8th. Same as 7th normally this would take many tries to get past.
9th. Force Restart, boot again, and Windows loading screen finishes, then Check Disk, then it freezes.
10th. Force Restart, boot again, and Check Disk works now, then goes off to desktop, then freezes.
11th. All successful now.
12th. Cycle continues on another day.

Please help me with this.

moved to correct forum as not a windows issue. is either a motherboard or hard drive issue but could also be a psu problem. try another psu or hard drive. check on the motherboard that the silver top cans which are capacitors are flat top not domed nor leaking brown stuff.

download say puppy linux & burn to cd then run it in faulty computer as it's a live cd,this will determine if hdd is at fault & will tell you ram, mobo etc are alright, however if it does not run as it should like ddp says other issue is the cause as running a live cd bypasses hdd

Update-

The PC doesnt work completely now. It doesnt boot up anymore. So what could be the problem?
Is there a quick fix to this? Without buying another CPU/Sending to someone to fix it?

Pray for divine intervention. Seriously though I believe that you are beyond the quick fix stage, heed the good advice given and have someone check out your hardware- PSU MB Harddrive etc. Dollars to doughnuts that is where the problem lies, my first guess is the PSU.

I dont have any extra harddrive/psu. And I already checked the silver top cans, and its fine.

What i meant is, the PC freezes everytime on the Windows Loading Screen.
