Haha, guess you didnt notice I was the one who started that thread (you linked to). Because that thread was a dead end, I started this new one (with a new topic, since that old thread's original topic was something else). Anywho, I'm just going to return the modchip, so you can go ahead and lock this thread if you want since no one seems to know. Thanks anyways.
