Help me install my Modbo 4.0?

I have the installation diagrams and everything worked out. The problem I have is with actually attaching the wires from the chip to the motherboard.

Having to solder onto the tiniest, tiniest wire without and overflow, without it touching any other wires. It just seems impossible to me.

Any tips?

15 Watt soldering iron.
Sharp small tip soldering iron head
clean points with alcohol.
desoldering braid/pump
