Hello.
I have a problem: I installed this modchip on my PS2 v14 and when I insert copied game it shows RSOD (red screen of death). Console shows "martrix" logo at startup and I can go to the modchip menu. Did anyone have install diagram for the GH-041-04?? I found that problem may be in Y wire...
