modbo 760 problem, please help!!!

i have a v7 fat ps2 and i just installed a modbo 760 in it....well you know when you first turn on Ur ps2 how the screen flickers? ya myn does that and all the lights look normal, but.....the disc drive just spins all the way up and doesn't ever stop! if i power it on with the eject button it flashes like it should but the tray never comes out and the tray is empty and still spining...what do i do???????? anyone please... could it be solder points? they all looked fine but i can always redo em if thats it...

ok update so i resoldered some stuff and now the lights and disc try all work fine but......... now no picture at all on the tv!!!!help help help =)

edit: sorry for dubble post i missed the edid buton and then saw it and now i dont kow how to deleat this and make it one so...sorry
