Hi,

I'm considering buying a PS2 which has the Messiah III mod-chip. I know very littleabout PS2 mods so I have some questions. I know the person got it chipped some years ago, so I'm wondering, if this is out-dated and will newer burned games work with this chip? Is there anything else I should know about this particular mod-chip, it's limitations and such, before I purchase?

I did a google search and came up with nothing. I would appreciate if someone could just outline for me whether it can play all playstation 2 games? If I will be able to play both Pal and NTSC games on a Pal console with this chip?

Thank you
mamoda
