I was wondering if it's possible to play multi-disc games with Swap Magic? Or do I have to put the game on a DVD9 disc?

Yes you can play games that came with 2 discs using Swap Magic
The game usually asks for Second disc, or it will ask you too save at the end of Disc one, then boot up the Second disc using Swap Magic.

You can only put a game on DVD9 disc, if that is the way that game originally was.

And if you talking about making a Multi disc DVD of PS2 games, that also works with Swap Magic.
