I am attempting to get a Japanese Dragon Quest V to work on my US Fat PS2 with an added English Patch. I have modified my PS2 already so I know that the Japanese Disc with the aid of swap magic 3.8 works, but I cant get my ISO file to work properly. The steps I have used are the following:

Using the original PS2 Dragon Quest disk I created an ISO file using CD Burner XP. I copied all the files and saved the file as an ISO image file to my desktop. This file name was called Drag and its file type is and ISO file (.iso)

Then using the DQ5 Rebuilder and then PPF-O-MATIC to create a second ISO file with the language patch. This file was called Drag_e and is the exact same file type. I then burned the disk.

When I try to use it on the PS2 the same way as the original disc the PS2 is unable to read the disc and asks for a PS2 disc. I dont know if I am doing something wrong, but I cant seem to find any answers on line. PLEASE HELP!
