I'm a pretty big noob, telling you that now, so go easy.
Ok I just learned how to run an exploit off my memory card using code breaker to get it on there. It works fine. I put an 80GB HDD in and formatted it, that worked fine also. I did some research on different launchers and what not, and this is where my questions come in.
What I would like to get to happen is when I launch my trigger disc with the exploit memory card it takes me to a launcher (which I would like help picking one) where I can launch the few things I care about.
HDLoader, CogSwap, and FTP client and maybe a thing or two more idk those are my mains.
Now the exploit that I got uses "PS2 Menu" which after formatting the Hard Drive tries by default to boot from that and gives some message about mode 4 or something? So I hold down R1 and can choose a device and choose the memory card and launch stuff from that so that is what I've been doing. I'd like if possible to let it go off the hardrive but I don't know how to get the files I need on it and where they go, would this be easier with a different launcher I know how to easily replace the default thing by changing "BOOT.ELF"
So pretty much what I'm asking is, from where I am, what is the best way to get my exploit to load into the best Launcher, where I can launch Apps (ELFs) from my HD and how should I get them there and where should I put them.

PS: I tried really hard to know what I was talking about I don't want to be one of those annoying noobs who it is obvious they didn't even try to research anything before going and asking people, so again, go easy ;)
