Installing fmcb through Ethernet cord?

I came across something online a while back about being able to install fmcb to your memory card directly from your computer via and Ethernet cord. Unfortunately I can not remember where I found this at. So, if anyone knows how to or if it is possible, I would greatly appreciate your time. Thanks in advance.

All i ever heard is to play games from pc>ps2 via fmcb

never heard of an fmcb ethernet installing except ulaunch is already installed but then i see no

clue why not install it direct from the MC

All i got to work is to install the independence xploit via ethernet cable running an ftp server on the ps2 but in the first way i had to use hdadvance 3.0 to run the server

by the way this was a very hard job with short night`s cause i did it the first way never heard that some1 did that before xD
