PS2ESDL: New Homebrew USB Game loader

Hi all,

Was released (by the coder "SP193") a new usb game loader called "Playstation 2 External Storage Device Loader (PS2ESDL)".

The level of compatibility is high and the performance is good (comparing with others usb loaders). The videos in some games have a reduce of stuttering (PS2ESDL contains a interesting option who permit configure the cache size of each game, improving his performance).
