hi all,

i have ps2 PAL slim SCPH-75004 with Matrix Infinity 1.82 and FCMB on memory card and i really wanna use some cheat system.. so i tried a few versions, Action Replay MAX PAL, Codebreaker 9.2, 10, Xploder v5. All of them i burned on cd/dvd and they don't recognize backups (original games works fine with cheats)

so is there any option to play backups on cheat system with my console (without swap magic 3 ofcc)

i searched forum and i really didnt find some answer on my question.. i saw it works on old consoles with hard disk.

BiG THANKS in ADVANCE

RK Swapper is what I used to use for all my backups. It's a swapping program (like Swap Magic or Cogswap), that is also a cheat engine. I believe it uses AR codes but I'm not sure cause it's been a loooong time. Anyway, it's a homebrew .ELF that can be launched via FMCB or uLaunchelf. Pretty sure it works on PAL and NTSC (verification would be nice), also pretty sure it works on all versions of PS2. The code.dat file can be edited via notepad to add new games and codes so you don't have to add them manually. The format of code.dat is easy to understand and implement your own.

Side note: Some of you might better remember this as code 9 from back in the SOCOM II days. Man I miss those days.

-google is my friend, would you like an introduction?
