snes-station blackscreens when launching from Ulaunch off of usb thumbdrive

Basically whats going on is I have fmcb with ulaunch installed, and I downloaded snes-station usb emulator which is supposed to be able to be booted right off the usb thumbdrive at least I thought so. Well well going to lauch it when I press circle on snes-station.elf all I get is a black screen, im 100% sure that I dont have the directories right on my thumbdrive but I have been searching for the info for over an hour now and I cant find anything, so my question is how do I get Snes-station usb to boot correctly?
