Snes Station and PGEN off HD saves not working

I have my Snes Station and PGEN off my HD. The problem is that I can't save any of my save points off of my Roms to my Memory Card, it just freezes up.
Can anyone help me put my saves to my memory card? If it is possible off the HD, that would be greater, but I know that is in my dreams.
