Swap magic 3.8+Codebreaker v.10+Backup games

First time here in the AfterDawn. Hope someone can help me.
Question:
Can i boot, with an official swap magic 3.8, a backup of Codebreaker v10 and then, activate some codes and boot, from Codebreaker, the backup game i choose.

Example:
Final Fantasy XII - game i choose
I insert swap magic 3.8, swap qith codebreaker. It loads. Then, select cheats for Final Fantasy XII, swap the the backup game (all this already in codebreaker), and run.

Is this possible? If not, is there a way to use codebreaker codes in swap magic coder 3.8? Im asking for help because the codes of swap magic coder for FFXIII are awfull.

By the way - I have a ps2 fat, PAL version, and the FFXIII is NTSC.
