I have these .mdf and .mds files for a ps2 CD game that I'm trying to make a backup of. The problem is that I use ESR (in free Mcboot)to load backups, but apparently ESR does not load CD games (DVDs only).

I tried extracting all the files in the .mdf with ISObuster then converting to an ISO with IMGburn, and finally patching it with ESR and burning to a DVD-R. I even checked for DUMMY files that would prevent startup (didn't find any), but the game still does not work. It sais "Invalid Media" in ESR.

Can someone help with this? I'm not quite sure how to get this to work.
