Ok I'm about to buy a Swap Magic Plus 3.6 for my PS2 or should I buy Swap Magic Plus 3.8. I need the right one that works for my Model. My Slim model is SCPH-75001 and I was wondering if I should also buy Fliptop or Magic Switch Pro, does it make a difference, I just want to use the one that is more easier to handle with, I don't care if it takes me to open up my PS2 as long as I can play Imported games and backups easily without any trouble/hassle. I need answer by this weekend so I can order it on Monday! --Greatly appreciate for your help!

Fliptop:

Magic Switch Pro V4:

I have same model PS2. I have used the Swap Tool V4 and the flip top.

I now just use the flip top. I ended up buying a fliptop because I broke my original flip top.

It isn't hard to open up to fit the piece in.
I have a manual if you want or this video on youtube is great for the fliptop installation.

I used to use the SM 3.8 and it worked great on my model PS2. I never had any issues.

If you don't want to spend extra you can just use the 'tape and tissue' method.

Well I would say watch the video a few times first, then decide on fliptop or Magic Switch.
You shouldn't break it, just be patient and don't force anything.

They both work fine, so its really up too you.
