I have most of my ps2 games backed up and have over 100 backups that work. I use esr patcher and DVD decrypter and usually never have a problem. I got this one game that is to scratched to back up and I downloaded an Iso image from a place called kick ass torrents it will boot up and begin to run but then the disk tray opens on my ps2 fat on my slim it just crashes. The game is Return to castle wolfenstein. I am using Free mc boot from my memory card and have tried downloading from several different sources all with the same results. Has anyone encountered this issue before? If so is there a way to fix this? I do own the game but it only makes it to 47percent everytime I clean it and try to use Dvd decrypter. I live in the middle of nowhere and have to drive 70 miles to mail stuff or receive anything and generate my own power so just borrowing a good copy is not an option. Thanks for reading my post everyone. Is there a list somewhere of games that cant be backed up?
edit: just to clarify I own legit copies of all the games I have backups of.

I just found this info posted here http://projectblacktower.org/index.php?topic=166.0
but have no clue what it means. Return to Castle Wolfenstein: Operation Resurrection (Must enable ESR option, "disable ESR after first IOP Reset"). Anyone have any clue what this means. I also thought the link may be of interest for others here that do esr backups.
