Help Translating Kingdom Hearts Final Mix

I'm posting this thread because I am interested in translating Kingdom Hearts 1 Final Mix and I don't really know where to start. If anyone has experience translating PS2 games I would greatly appreciate any help in the form of a video or instructions. If I do receive any help I will be glad to send you the partial patches, and final patch when I'm done, and accept any and all feedback on what to change or fix.
