how to convert iso from cd format to dvd format?

Ok, so I had a backup of "sea monsters: A prehistoric addventure" in a .cue and .bin file. So' I burned it in a CD and tried to play it in my PS2. Then I realised that my PS2 wont play CD backups so I made an ISO of the CD I just Burned, with DVD decryptor and tried to burn it on a dvd. It then told me that the ISO was not in DVD format.
It gave me dis massage:-
"Your image does not appear to be in the correct format for burning into a DVD.

Image format: MODE2/FORM1/2352
DVD Format:MODE1/2048

Would you like to continue any way?"

The story does not end there. When I clicked yes, it showed that it was burning it properly but after I finished I checked the DVD and it was empty.
Any Ideas on hoew I can Fix This prblem?
Any help would be appreciated.

You can't just burn a CD as a DVD game

You need to follow this tutorial to convert CD>DVD then burn it.
