Hey I was wondering if I could take an out of region game and switch it with the same game, only in my region and have the out of region game work.....

I recently bought Kingdom Hearts from a pawn shop, only to find that it didn't work. So, I copied it and burned it to a dvd. When the KH game struggles to run, I swap the two discs and the burned game works just fine. BTW I have a NTSC PS2 Slim (90001 i think) unmodded. Could I take the JPN Version of KH and swap it with my NTSC version in the same fashion and have it work?

If you have the NTSC version, why not use that and forget about the JAP?

I haven't heard of burned games working anytime unless the PS2 is modded.
