Hey all!

I have a PS2 Slim 75001 with the do-it-yourself mod so that I can get my discs to spin without closing the tray. I'm fairly new to this modding stuff, so at this point all I need to do now to play my backups is buy Swap Magic? I've done hours of studying on this subject and it seems Swap Magic alone allows for very many other things other than just playing backups, such as running homebrewed apps.

With that said, is this exactly what I would need to run my PS2 DVD/CD backups on my PS2 Slim?
