right now I have a psx game in a CUE image file and was wondering how to get it to play on my modded ps2 slim

I usually burn my PS1 Backups using Alcohol 120 and select the 'Playstation' datatype.

I burn them at 16-24x speed.

Others have used Clonecd, Nero or imgburn also to burn them.

It mostly depends upon how it was backed up.
If you downloaded it, which is considered piracy (Rule #5 in the forum rules), so we won't discuss that, it may or may not work with those methods.

Use 1st class media, such as Verbatim CD-R to burn on. Other media may or may not work.
