1.5TB HD not working in softmodded xbox

Hi,

I've been pulling my hair out over this one, hope someone can help.

I've been trying to get a SATA 1.5TB samsung installed in my xbox. Heres what i've done so far:

Got Eeprom data.

Followed the guides through and managed to install a 750gig IDE no problems.

Installed a 250gig sata and tested the sata to ide adapter worked. unleashX installed all ok.

Installed a 1.5 TB Samsung SATA with the same adapter. Ran through xboxhdm and it appeared to complete all the partitioning ok. When disk is put in the xbox(yes i locked it) it returns with your xbox needs servicing. It does the same on 1TB samsung sata too.

I know i need to use xbpartitioner but i can't get the xbox to boot from the 1.5TB so i can't ftp into it.

Does anyone know where i'm going wrong? Any help appreciated.
