How to Dump Spoofed BenQ as a Hitachi Drive Keys?

So my Benq Drive for my box no longer ejects properly and i am trying to replace it but the drive is spoofed as a Hitachi 47...i never moded it in the first place to play backups so i don't have the drive keys How would i pull them from the drive i have tried both the benq way and the Hitachi 47 way each say its the other drive ...so i am kinda stuck lol any help at all would be appreciated thanks in advance...also hope this in the right form area.
