xbox backup creator error

I am running xbox backup creator and on Dantes Inferno it gets stuck on 3.39% it simply freezes and I dont know why. I have no problems with other games just this one so far. I am taking the same steps I always do and keep getting stuck in the same place. I am running version 2.9. I am sure I am not the only who has gotten this error.
