DRM-EX88 disk recovery problem

I put a disk into the drive the other day, brand new disk, it came up with this disk need to be formatted, then after would if would not read any disk, it just said disk error, so i thought reset settings, didn't work, unplug from the wall for 30 seconds, didn't work either, and now it comes up with disk recovery complete, once the player is on standby push power to turn it on again, so i do and IF!!!!! it turns on is comes up with the same message again, plz help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
