Help! My xbox has no video display to tv

I have been looking for this Disc that will supposible fix my problem.
But havent been able to find it. So how can I fix this? I was burning a movie last night to my xbox. So i was playing with XBMP video settings and pushed the wrong button. "Dame sticky buttons.My kids go threw my controls like shit threw a duck". I am curently able to ftp to the xbox but dont know what to look for to see what is wrong. Bye possible editing the file for this display.

I also have couple differnt install discs because there is some talk about using one of those to fix it but they dont. it will load disc and i can scroll to the attribute fixer launcher without being able to see the screen but it just flashes white and then reboots
