go to SETTINGS>NETWORK

scroll down until you see "FTP Server" and make sure its enabled.
You may also want to write down "User" and "Password" as you will need these to connect.

Also double check your IP by going to the top and looking at "Current IP"

EDIT: Can you help me? how do you download files from xbins.org? I can't find a download option. Thanks!
