Try this
DVDFab HD Decrypter 6.1.0.0 Beta
DVDFab 6.1.0.0 Beta (September 25, 2009)
Fix: A "Visual C++ Runtime Library" error for floating point support.
> "DVD to DVD" option:
Fix: Playable content may be removed in very special case when PathPlayer is enabled. Hopefully it's been fixed permanently now.
> "Blu-ray to Blu-ray" option:
New: Added world's first all-in-one Blu-ray compression feature.
New: Added "compress BD-50 to single BD-25, BD-9 or BD-5" feature. For now only "Main Movie" mode is supported, "Full Disc" mode will be supported later.
New: Added "Remove HD Audio" to convert Dolby TrueHD to Dolby AC3 and DTS-HD Master Audio to DTS, to save space for video when compression is needed.
New: Improved speed for copying "BD-50" with no compression in "Main Movie" mode.
New: CUDA and DXVA GPU acceleration are supported to speed up compression.
Fix: Failed to enable DXVA at second time.
> "File to Mobile" option:
Fix: Failed to enable DXVA at second time.

I have tried this combination and it won't work. I guess we'll have to wait for SlySoft to update AnyDVD. Bummer!

Thanks ilvendo for the tips,
DVDFab 6.1.0.0 Beta finally worked using DVD to DVD after about 4 tries. Maybe DVDFab is not completed working up to speed yet. It went around and round and then disappeared couple of times. It stopped due to error around 68% on another try. Then finally it WORKED !! If the bugs get worked out of DVDFab 6, its worth the $$$. Bourne Ultimatum had the same problem.
Used DVD Decrypter, DVD shrink, DVDFab 5 .... Nah dah.

I've tried Angels and Demons using DVD Fab and it continually fails on me. Keep giving me the "Error while reading Retry, Ignore, Ignore all" one. But it plays fine, no scratches or blemishes. Figure something else is going on. Is there a way to do main movie, but which title? Thanks for any help.

To find out which title to copy put the dvd in your dvd player and see which title plays.
If I can learn here so can you.

I had no problems with DVDFab (6.2.05).
The only issue I had is the when doing Movie Only it would do the subtitles for the French speech when the created the Anti-matter.
To resolve this I ripped Full Disc with DVDFab and then re-authored with DVD Shrink (No Compression).

No problem backing this movie up, used Anydvd ripper to the HD, used shrink to the movie only. I'm a 65 year old great granny, saying that to say it went a smooth as silk. Plays in 3 DVD set tops, my desktop and laptop.

Trying to burn angles and demons using shrink and anydvd. After anydvd scans the disk and running the copy portion of shrink the movie is too large. Any ideas on how to make it smaller in order for me to burn it with shrink and anydvd?

1) rip to hdd with anydvd 6605
2) shrink ripped file with dvd shrink
do both processes separately (not in tandem, and sequentially)

I did the same with Any DVD 6.6.0.3 Riped to hard drive and then shrunk that file with DVD Shrink and just clicked Back up and no problem. I also used DVD Fab 6.2.0.5 and then shrunk with DVD Shrink and no problem there either. I noteced both of those methodes would not start with previews but would start with the main menu of the movie but all you have to do is select special features in the menu and chose previews and you could chose wich preview you wanted to watch. If you want it to behave like the original disk use my favorite pay to play cobination of Any DVD and Clone DVD 2.9.2.2 they have always been a flawless combo for me. I like that combo because I have two DVD wright drives and can put the original movie in one and a blank in the other and with a couple of clicks I have a nice flawless back up disk. But still with all the money I spend on my DVD movie colection I still like to see how many free to play methodes I can get to work and DVD Fab HD Decrypter in combination with nero wich I have anyway to burn data to CDs and DVDs I have found works very well.

I'm sure Any DVD and Shrink,DVD Fab and shrink would play back properly because I just preveiwed them with VLC media player and the Any DVD and Clone DVD combo was the only one that I burnt to disc and played in my home DVD player and I just played the same disc in my computer with VLC media player and it did the same thing of just starting at main menue of movie.
