Need more info. What progarms are you using? What errors are you getting? Just saying you need help isn't gonna give you much assistance.

I am using anydvd 6.6.0.3 and it say failed to read dvd then gives me several possible reason, like disc maybe dirty. damaged media, drive region could be locked rpc2 drive (whatever that means) I have also tried dvdfav ver. 7.0.4.0 and it is also unable to read crazy heart. if it is damaged i cant return it to the store beside it plays in my dvd player. it is a new disc i havent let anyone use it yet.
